Aged 4-6 mos in ex-bourbon barrels. Aromas of buttery cooked agave, caramel, ripe fruits, a touch of oak and smoke. Palate has notes of cooked agave and light pepper, as well as hints of bourbon caramel, coffee and cocoa. Finish is soft and buttery smooth!
